100% Chardonnay Grand Cru. Cramant is, for more than one reason, an exemplary vineyard for white wines, as it is 100% chardonnay. With its north-east/south-west exposure, it is protected from the prevailing winds by the Saran Spur, and takes root in a soil that is ideal for Chardonnay to flourish.
